DT2Productions is committed to protecting your personal data and respecting your rights as data subjects. We will use the information that we collect about you in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulations 2018 and the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003.
Who we are
DT2Productions is a not for profit charitable organisation (number 1165720)
We are supported and funded by public donations and charitable trusts and we rely on these to maintain the promotion of DT2Productions and its affiliated projects.
What information do we collect
If you are a donor, subscribed to our mailing list or have purchased products, such as our DVD, we will store your name and email address. The newsletter will be sent via mailchimp, a third party organisation. Mailchimp comply with all GDPR legislation. You can unsubscribe from mailchimp at anytime following the instructions on the email. The legal grounds for holding your data will be your consent.
If you are an employee, we will hold you name, email address, phone number and any other necessary contact details, for contractual purposes; the legal grounds being legitimate interest.
We use social media to broadcast messages and updates about events and news. On occasion we may reply to comments or questions you send to us on social media platforms. You may also see adverts from us on social media that are tailored to your interests.
How we keep your details safe and secure?
Access to your personal data will be held electronically and is password-protected. This is managed by the artistic director and assistants to the artistic director.
What we use your personal information for
We aim to be clear when we collect your data and how we use it in a responsible way. We will only share personal details for the purposes of marketing if you have given explicit consent for us to do this. We do not sell personal details to third parties for any purpose. You can opt out from these marketing communications at any time – every email sent to you will tell you how to do this. We will keep your personal details unless you decide to opt out of our newsletters.
You have the right to request what personal data of yours we are holding.
You have the right to ask us to correct this data if it is inaccurate.
You have the right to unsubscribe, ask us to delete your personal data at any time.
If you are not satisfied with your dealings with us you have the right to formally complain to the ICO (Information Commissioning Officer).
We will not share or sell your personal information with any other party.
